Whole Pig Roast PDX from Portland’s newest supper club! Hosted by Chef Daniel Escalle and Chef John Conlin. Slow roasted pork, cold beer, and fresh baked pie. Honestly what’s better than that?
Meal Price: $35
Slow Roasted Whole Pig, stuffed with herbs and garlic. Served with classic Salsa Verde
Stewed White Beans and Escarole: seasoned with onions, garlic, lemon, and white wine and finished with savory herbs.
Fall “Caesar” Salad: A mixture of fresh local lettuces, kales, and chicories, dressed with lemon and Bagna Couda; a southern Italian inspired warm dressing consisting of olive oil, garlic, anchovies, and capers. Parmesan Cheese.
Pie: Assorted American home-style classic fruit pies. Whipped cream optional 😉
