Our most popular class! Whether you have made your own sausages, or just want to give it a try yourself, we will give you the skills to jump from amateur to professional quality! We cover cuts that are appropriate for sausages, equipment and technique for safe and easy grinding, texturing, spicing and casing sausages in your home or restaurant! We also cover the best methods for cooking, smoking and serving sausages. We will enjoy sausage snacks, samples, and some Upright Beers. Taught by Ben Meyer, our head chef. $85 per person. 3-7pm
