Come join us for a Sunday Supper to celebrate the year, for our PCA Annual Dinner with the new popup, Mae! This is going to be a great event so buy your tickets now!
Chef Maya Lovelace was born in North Carolina and first learned about Appalachian food traditions from her pop-up’s namesake, her grandmother Mae. She was also part of the opening team at Sean Brock’s restaurant, Husk, and worked for Naomi Pomeroy at Beast. Her cooking fuses old-fashioned food with a modern fine dining experience. Visit Mae’s website for a sample menu.
