Oyster Class + Tasting with Cynthia Nims and Olympia Oyster Bar

For oyster lovers and those yet to be, Cynthia Nims brings us a celebration of west coast delicacies. Come learn how to choose, buy and store oysters, unique ways to serve them and how to pair them with beverages. Oysters have a wide range of preparation in order to bring out the regional briny taste of the sea that stretches from the Northwest to southern California.
In addition to the class, you’ll get to enjoy five oyster tastings, other nibbles and two glasses of wine from the new Olympia Oyster Bar! Chefs/owners Melissa Mayer and Maylin Chavez are excited to have you see their new space and share their love of oysters.
As Cynthia puts it, learn how to bring the “oh” out in oysters!’
