Málá is what we are calling this months collaboration dinner. Má meaning “numbing” and Lá meaning “spicy” are the key flavors of Sichuan food. Sunday, March 27th, we will cooking up our spin on traditional dishes from our favorite region of Chinese cuisine. Our guest can expect lots of fiery hot dried chilies, balanced by numbing Sichuan peppercorns. Because its Easter Sunday, our menu will feature a traditional Sichuan favorite, rabbit. We will be serving cocktails from Hamlet by Ryan Magarian, beer, wine and sherry.
