Kachka Comes to Bob’s with Bonnie Morales

Bonnie Frumkin Morales, Chef/Co-Owner of Kachka, will teach you to prepare three grain-based dishes from her newly released cookbook, Kachka: A Return to Russian Cooking. From this nearly 400-page compendium, the first Russian cookbook to be published in the United States in close to three decades, she’ll provide five recipes and demonstrate her Perlovka, Buckwheat Blini and Farina Parfait in the class. These are three savory and sweet dishes she also serves in her renowned Portland restaurant, Kachka, which has been praised by The Oregonian, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine and The New York Times.
