Israeli Springtime Feast

The Israeli Spring feast is a meal that combines the flavors of the Middle East with the season’s bounty to create modern Tel Aviv-inspired dishes with a seasonal twist and local ingredients. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.

Course 1: Salatim Trio

Baba ganoush with leek, spring pea salad with pickled turnips, crispy cauliflower with labneh and za’atar, olives, pickles, and warm pita bread.

Course 2: Jaffa Hummus and Roasted Duck

Sliced Muscovy duck breast served over savory, warm hummus with tahini mousse, roasted carrots and green onions, toasted pine nuts and sumac. Served with buttery leeks and Jerusalem artichoke cream.

Course 3: Malabi Adi

A light saffron-infused Middle Eastern milk pudding with a sweet, local Oregon strawberry syrup and roasted pistachios.
