Idiot’s Grace Sauvignon Blanc 2012
This limited production comes from estate grapes grown in the Idiot’s Grace Vineyard of Mosier, Oregon. It is blessed with bright acidity and the typical crispness and freshness of Sauvignon Blanc. Tree fruits and subtle floral aromas dominate the profile.
Suggested pairing: White chocolate, peanut butter cup
Memaloose Rosé 2014
A lively and dry blend of Syrah from the “Annex” Vineyard in Mosier, OR and Grenache from “Hannah’s Bench” in Lyle, WA. More structured and grippy than your average rosé, this wine promises to hold up to a variety of foods. Begins to exhibit fresh strawberry flavors as it takes on air.
Suggested pairing: Milk chocolate (40-50%), chocolate covered strawberries
Idiot’s Grace Dolcetto 2013
A juicy and fresh-tasting Dolcetto with a long finish of dusty tannin. The warm 2013 vintage produced a mouth-watering wine that proves to be a wonderful food accompaniment. Expect dark berries, spice, and plum.
Suggested pairing: Dark chocolate covered cherries, milk chocolate with chopped nuts
Memaloose Mistral Ranch 2011
A Rhone style blend of 66% Syrah and 34% Grenache. Bold dark fruit, dried herb, forest floor, and baking spices round out the profile of this creation from the Columbia Gorge AVA.
Suggested pairing: Medium dark chocolate (60%)
