Fenrir Reunion Dinner

We’re excited to host a reunion dinner with the guys from Fenrir at Teutonic Wine Company on Thursday, December 7th! Fenrir’s semi-Scandinavian restaurant’s team- Ian, Tyler, and John James, has returned for a two-part evening event.
Appetizer Hour: $15 per person. From 5:45-6:45 we will be passing around a handful of appetizers in the Teutonic Tasting Room, highlighting some of Fenrir’s classic dishes, including pickled mackerel and aebleskivers. This is a casual event, available separately from our seated dinner. No need to commit to both, just come have fun and hang out with us! Teutonic’s full wine list will be available to accompany our snacks.
Seated Dinner: $65 per person. From 7:00 onward we will host a separate seated six-course dinner in the adjacent barrel room with a fixed menu focusing on fish and foraged muschrooms. The Scandinavian-leaning, Northwest-inspired dinner will be offered alongside Teutonic wines, available for purchase separately at the event, either as a handpicked pairing, or à la carte.
1st – Julebord (assortement of cured meats)
2nd – Apple, dill, skyr, horseradish, pickled dill blossoms
3rd – Flaeskesteg, dressings, trimmings
4th – Butter poached smoked sablefish, cauliflower mushroom, flax, oats, sage
5th – Fennel cake, pistachio, green onion ice cream
6th Saffron donut
