Welcome to our monthly supper club!
Come let the owners of Pip’s Original cook & serve you their favorite comfort cuisine.
3 courses of home-made Indian food cooked by Jamie Snell, co-owner of Pip’s Original who also owns The Lamb’s Table Catering and served by Nate Snell, owner of Pip’s.
This Month’s Theme: A Tribute to Bee Local.
Our party on Jan 18th features dishes and drinks made with Bee Local Honey.
Bee Local supplies the local, raw honey we use on our doughnuts and in our house-crafted chai. The integrity of the business and quality of the honey is bar none.
Owner Damian Magista will be on hand to discuss all things related to honey production and the wonderful world of
6:00-7:00 Cocktail & Appetizer Social Hour
Chai Punch: Emmylou chai, bison grass vodka, pear juice, soda, ice.
Gold Rush: Four Roses bourbon, high desert honey, fresh lemon, over ice.
Wine: Cana’s Feast Arneis.
Beer: Session Black Lager.
Sparkling mineral water with lemon.
Appetizers: Coffee and fenugreek braised chicken skewer with bee pollen.
Stilton biscuits with Park Blocks honey butter.
7:00-9:00 Dinner & Desert
Baby kale salad with roasted fennel, mushrooms, ricotta and spicy cashews. Drizzled with Portland Farmland honey. Paired with: Cantele Negroamaro Rosato wine.
Kashmiri lamb meatballs with black sesame and cherry wood smoked honey. Saffron mashed potatoes, tamarind spiced red lentils, cucumber raita.
Paired with: Deschutes Black Butte Porter.
River’s Edge chevre mousse on a pistachio-orange biscuit, drizzled with two honeys.
