Come let the owners of Pip’s Original cook & serve you their favorite comfort cuisine.
3 courses cooked by Jamie Snell, co-owner of Pip’s Original who also owns The Lamb’s Table Catering and served by Nate Snell, owner of Pip’s.

Appetizers: Cascadia ‘Cloud Cap’cheese, Bee Local ‘Pioneer
Square’ honey, toasted walnut flatbreads.
Cascadia ‘Celilo’ on roasted potato rounds with fennel
marmalade.

7:00‐9:00 Dinner & Dessert
First course: Asparagus and jerusalem artichoke salad
with fenugreek aioli, curry leaf, mustard seed and
Cascadia ‘Glacier Blue’ cheese.
Paired with: I Stefanini Soave Il Selese, Veneto, 2014

Second course: Crab mac & cheese, made with
Cascadia ‘Sleeping Beauty’ cheese. Three hot chutneys
on the side: saffron tomato, fresh chile‐honey, green
garlic.
Paired with: Alameda Yellow Wolf IPA

Chocolate cake with meyer lemon ganache
and fresh pear sauce
