Connor returned from Vietnam with a deep appreciation of Hoi An’s food and we’d like to share some of it! We’ll be putting up some of its finest culinary treasures at Langbaan from 5-9pm and at Shift Drinks after that! Come escape the rain and visit the cuisine of central Vietnam by way of Portland!
Hoi An’s famed noodle dish. Roasted pork, pork cracklin, herbs, shrimp chips, pork and dark soy “broth” – 12
Sweet and Sour Fresh Tofu Soup (v)
Rice noodles, fried tofu, fresh herbs – 12
Spice Crusted Fried Tofu (v)(gf)
Ota tofu, lemongrass, birds eye, spices, pickles – 5
Seafood Fritter, Hoi An Pickled Vegetables
Shellfish, sweet potato, fish sauce – 9
Shredded Vegetable Salad (v)(gf)
Root vegetables, peanuts, rice wine and lime vinaigrette – 9
All proceeds from food sales at Shift Drinks will go towards Jason Carlisle’s treatment. More information is available at #raiseaglasstojason! The menu at Shift Drinks may not contain all of the above dishes but Cao Lau will definitely make an appearance!

The Fine Print:
The menus at Langbaan and Shift Drinks will be a la carte and first come first served. Due to the nature of the event we are unable to accomodate food allergies or substitutions. Gluten free and vegan options will be available.
