American Cocina #4: Rise of the Prix Fixe

Jonathan will be in the kitchen serving up a four course dinner at 6:00 PM . $35 for food with optional beer or wine pairing for $20. Please sign up in person at the shop.
First Course: cured beef heart, whipped butter, seasonal pickles
Second course: Wild Roots’ greens, pickled egg, hazelnuts
Third course: Sudan Farm’s lamb chops, Yukon Golds, herbs, black truffle
Fourth course: Meyer lemon sorbet, creme fraiche, graham crumble
